Job Description

JRS Global Networks

Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors/suppliers to procure quality materials at competitive rates.
Issue purchase orders and follow up on delivery timelines.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important procurement data.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory/warehouse team for timely replenishment.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements in all procurement transactions.
Analyze market trends to identify new and cost-effective procurement opportunities.
Prepare and present reports on purchase activities, costs, and vendor performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Purchase Executive / Procurement Executive (1–3 years preferred).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and vendor management.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
