Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Coordinator located in Noida. The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role includes following up on leads, assisting with customer service issues, and coordinating with other departments to fulfill orders efficiently. Qualifications Proficiency in Inside Sales and Customer Service Strong Communication skills for effective client interaction Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction Skills in Order Processing Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Prior experience in the networking industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Show more Show less
