Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive with strong expertise in Bidding & Documentation to manage the complete tendering cycle. The candidate will handle GeM, E-Tendering, and Government Tendering processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing, reviewing, and submitting tender documents as per requirements.
• Managing online bidding on GeM, E-procurement, and other portals.
• Coordinating with departments for required documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with tender terms & conditions.
• Maintaining tender records, follow-ups, and MIS reports.
• Identifying new tender opportunities and submitting competitive bids.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience in Tender Bidding & Documentation.
• Strong knowledge of GeM, Govt. e-tendering, and bidding procedures.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and tender portals.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and work independently.
