Job Description

Location: Delhi / Satna (Madhya Pradesh)

Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial Procurement

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and manage the entire Purchase Department at the industrial level.
Vendor development, negotiation, and maintaining supplier relationships.
Purchase Order (PO) generation, invoice collection, bill payment coordination.
Preparation of comparison sheets and cost analysis for procurement decisions.
Manage supply chain & inventory processes to ensure timely availability of materials.
Coordinate with production, stores, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and timely reporting.
Explore IT & automation sector products/vendors (added advantage).

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate / Post Graduate (any stream).
3–7 years of experience in industrial procurement & purchase management.
Strong skills in vendor management, negotiation, and department handling.
Knowledge of supply chain, inventory control, and ERP systems.
IT & Automation sector knowledge will be an added advantage.
Good in MS Excel, MS Office, and reporting.
Willing to work in Delhi or Satna (MP).
