Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the dryer section efficiently
• Control temperature, moisture level, and feed rate
• Ensure smooth and continuous dryer machine operation
• Conduct quality checks on the output material (moisture, texture, uniformity)
• Identify and report issues related to overheating, vibration, airflow, or rotation
• Maintain daily production logs and operational records
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Strictly follow plant safety and hygiene standards

Required Qualification & Skills:

• 1st Class Certificate (Dryer/Boiler/Plant Operation) – Mandatory
• 2–5 years of experience in dryer operation (distillery/ethanol/food processing preferred)
• Strong knowledge of dryer mechanisms and temperature/moisture control
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues
• Physically fit and willing to work in shifts
• Good communication and reporting skills

Education Qualification:

• Minimum 12th Pass / ITI (Mechanical / Fitter / Plant Operation Preferred)
• Diploma in Mechanical/Production will be an added advantage
• 1st Class Certificate (Dryer/Boiler/Plant Operation) – Mandatory

Salary:

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
