We specialize in turnkey projects for professional kitchens and are known for our quality, reliability, and expertise in managing complex requirements. About the Role: We’re looking for a Purchase Executive to support our procurement team in managing day-to-day purchasing activities. The role requires experience in handling capital goods, vendor coordination, and exposure to import/export processes. Key Responsibilities: Create and manage Purchase Orders based on project needs Follow up with vendors to ensure timely order confirmations and deliveries Coordinate with finance for vendor payments Support the project and design teams by sourcing the right equipment as per specifications Track delivery schedules and manage documentation for imports Maintain vendor data, pricing, and purchase records Assist in evaluating vendor performance and ensuring product quality What We’re Looking For: 3–4 years of experience in procurement or purchase roles Experience with capital goods and basic understanding of import/export procedures Familiarity with EPC or turnkey project environments is a plus Working knowledge of Tally, ERP/SAP systems, MS Excel Good communication and coordination skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, or Engineering Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 16/06/2025
