Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best price, quantities and delivery timescales.

• Process purchase orders and update management on the status of orders.

• Update inventory and manage stock sheets.

• Track orders to ensure timely delivery. • Understand the target market and analyse trends to make informed buying decisions.

• Monitor stock quality and escalate any discrepancies to suppliers and management.

• Work on the profitability analysis of products sold through waterfalls, which involves updating and monitoring the COGs of various products we sell.

• Aware of Procuring Import material and thorough knowledge of Import documentation Lesioning with Shipper Forwarder and Import Suppliers too.

• Coordinate with accounts and logistics team for actual costing after every shipment.

• Provide better understanding of Audio Products to the team.

Required Qualifications:

• Any Bachelor's Degree with analytical elements.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
