The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the purchasing needs, researching and selecting quality products and materials, building relationships with suppliers, updating inventory and managing stock sheets, tracking orders, and analysing market trends to make informed buying decisions. This role will also involve managing and updating the profitability analysis of products sold through the use of an Excel sheet, which we refer to as "waterfalls". Key Responsibilities: • Manage and develop relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best price, quantities and delivery timescales. • Process purchase orders and update management on the status of orders. • Update inventory and manage stock sheets. • Track orders to ensure timely delivery. • Understand the target market and analyse trends to make informed buying decisions. • Monitor stock quality and escalate any discrepancies to suppliers and management. • Work on the profitability analysis of products sold through waterfalls, which involves updating and monitoring the COGs of various products we sell. • Aware of Procuring Import material and thorough knowledge of Import documentation Lesioning with Shipper Forwarder and Import Suppliers too. • Coordinate with accounts and logistics team for actual costing after every shipment. • Provide better understanding of Audio Products to the team. Required Qualifications: • Any Bachelor's Degree with analytical elements. • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. • Understanding of Audio Products is a plus.
