Job Title: Purchase & Admin Executive

Experience Required

• 3 to 6 years of experience in 

  purchase/procurement

   within a 

  manufacturing/industrial environment

  .
• Exposure to basic 

  administrative work

   will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in 

  Commerce / Business Administration / Supply Chain / Related Field

  .
• Certification in 

  Materials Management / Purchase

   preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Purchase (Core Responsibility)

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials, consumables, and services.
• Raise purchase orders and maintain accurate purchase documentation.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with stores and production for timely procurement.
• Ensure cost-effective sourcing while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
• Maintain supplier database and evaluate vendor performance.

Admin (Supportive Responsibility)

• Maintain vendor documentation (GST, PAN, contracts, bank details).
• Handle office-related purchases (stationery, housekeeping items, admin supplies).
• Coordinate with service providers (courier, transport, AMC vendors).
• Assist management with basic MIS reports (purchase summary, admin expenses).
• Support in maintaining audit-related documents (bills, invoices, compliance files).

Skills Required

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Good knowledge of purchase cycles, vendor evaluation, and cost control.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP software (if any).
• Strong communication and record-keeping ability.
• Ability to multitask between purchase and admin duties.
• Knowledge of Hindi language preferable (for vendor and supplier coordination).
