Purchase and Admin Executive

You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers for the required materials, equipment, and services. This involves searching for potential suppliers, negotiating prices, and establishing long-term relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement. Additionally, you will be involved in sourcing and vendor management, purchase order processing, inventory and cost management, as well as compliance, documentation, and other administrative work. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in purchase management, attention to detail, a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation, strong negotiation skills, and analytical thinking. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential to collaborate and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal teams. Moreover, candidates with proven experience in procurement, knowledge of market trends, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are highly desirable. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with at least 2 years of total work experience in a BPO setting.
