Key Responsibilities

• SAP B1 (HANA):

• 
  
• Assist in data entry and backend support for BOQ and GRN processes in SAP B1.
• 
  
• Ensure system accuracy and alignment of material inward documentation.
• 
  

• BOQ Support:

• 
  
• Assist the Purchase and Project teams in compiling and updating Bill of Quantities (BOQs) in SAP and Excel/Sheets.
• 
  
• Maintain consistency and clarity across BOQs based on site and design inputs.
• 
  

• Goods Receipt (GRN) Management:

• 
  
• Create and maintain GRNs in SAP upon receipt of materials.
• 
  
• Ensure proper documentation and verification with vendors and site supervisors.
• 
  

• Accounts Coordination:

• 
  
• Liaise with the Accounts team for invoice matching, verification of GRNs, and documentation support.
• 
  
• Help in resolving basic vendor queries related to purchase and payment status.
• 
  

• Documentation & Reports:

• 
  
• Maintain digital and physical records of quotations, GRNs, bills, and other purchase-related documents.
• 
  
• Use

  MS Excel

  to prepare reports and maintain logs.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• 
  
• 1–3 years of experience in a purchase/admin support role, preferably in interior design, construction, or architecture.
• 
  

• Working knowledge of SAP B1 (HANA)

  is essential.
• 
  
• Proficient in
