Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and refine manufacturing processes, layouts, and workflows
Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Support new product introductions and equipment installations
Drive cost reduction and process improvement projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering
6+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in CAD, Lean, Six Sigma, and ERP systems
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
