About the Role:


Publisher Partnerships Executive


a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, proficient in English communication- both written and verbal and the ability to build long-term relationships with publishing partners.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Publisher Hunting & Recruitment:

    Proactively identify and approach potential publishers across various digital platforms (Blogs, Searches, websites, apps, influencers, etc.)
  • Onboarding:

    Facilitate seamless onboarding of new publishers, ensuring they understand our platform, policies, and monetization opportunities.
  • Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing publishers to maximize retention and performance.
  • Market Research:

    Stay updated with trends in the Global digital advertising and affiliate marketing ecosystem.
  • Team Collaboration:

    Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Tech, and Support) to align strategies and achieve common 


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in publisher management, business development, affiliate marketing, or digital advertising (freshers with strong motivation and communication skills are welcome).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for digital media and technology.
  • Candidate should be from Kerala who is ready to Join office.
  • Basic MS office Skillset.
  • Understanding of affiliate marketing, programmatic advertising, or influencer marketing.
  • Experience working in a startup or digital advertising company.
