Role Overview

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct interactive 

  60–90 minute sessions

   focused on speech structure, storytelling, and stage delivery.
• Mentor students in developing strong communication habits and confidence on stage.
• Provide 

  individualised feedback

   on expression, tone, and delivery.
• Prepare students for 

  TED-style showcases, class presentations, and real-world speaking opportunities.

• Collaborate with the academic team to continuously refine curriculum and class design.

• Maintain session reports and ensure high student engagement and learning outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of teaching/training experience

   in public speaking, communication, or related fields.
• Excellent spoken and written English with 

  clear diction and engaging delivery.

• Background in education, theatre, anchoring, communications, or coaching

   preferred.
• Ability to connect with and motivate students aged 5–17.
• Creative, adaptable, and comfortable with 

  online teaching tools

   (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Slides).
• Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills with a learner-first mindset.
