Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Public Speaking Instructor who can inspire students to become confident communicators. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a flair for teaching, and the ability to engage young learners in interactive sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct online public speaking classes for children aged 6–15 years.

Teach topics such as body language, voice modulation, stage presence, confidence building, storytelling, and impromptu speaking.

Prepare engaging lesson plans and fun activities to make learning interactive.

Assess students’ speaking abilities and provide constructive feedback.

Monitor progress and share performance updates with parents when required.

Maintain a positive, encouraging, and student-centered classroom environment.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Prior experience in public speaking, soft skills training, or communication coaching.

Teaching or training experience (especially with kids/teens) is an added advantage.

Comfortable conducting online sessions via Zoom or Google Meet.

Ability to create a friendly and motivating learning atmosphere.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in Communication, English, Education, or Performing Arts).

Certification or experience in public speaking, theatre, or soft skills training is desirable.
