Job Description

We are looking for a

Strategy Consultant

with an

MBA from a Tier-1 B-School

and a strong background in

growth strategy, go-to-market (GTM) planning, financial modeling, business case development, cost transformation, value management, market sizing, and operating model design

. The ideal candidate will have experience in

top consulting firms (Big 4, MBBs, or equivalent)

with a proven track record of driving strategic impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute
growth strategies
to drive business expansion.

Design and implement
GTM strategies
for market entry and scaling.

Conduct
financial modeling and business case development
to support strategic decision-making.

Lead
cost transformation and value management
initiatives.

Perform
market sizing, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking
.

Design
operating models
to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Work closely with
senior stakeholders
to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.

Contribute to
thought leadership, industry research, and strategic frameworks
.

Requirements:

MBA from a Tier-1 B-School
(IIMs, ISB, Ivy League, or equivalent).

Experience in strategy consulting
from
Big 4, MBB, or top consulting firms
.

Strong expertise in
growth strategy, GTM, financial modeling, and cost optimization
.

Excellent
analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative modeling skills
.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

Ability to
translate complex business challenges into actionable strategic recommendations
.

Preferred Experience:

Prior experience in
Public Sector (PS) consulting
is preferred but not mandatory.

Candidates with a
strong strategy consulting background
looking to transition into PS are welcome, provided they meet all core expertise requirements.
