🔹 Key Responsibilities

Media & PR Support

• Assist in building and updating media, stylist, influencer and celebrity databases
• Support the team in coordinating media pitches and press outreach
• Track daily coverage across digital, print and social platforms
• Research relevant media opportunities, editorial calendars, trend stories, etc.

Influencer & Celebrity Coordination

• Shortlist influencers and stylists based on campaign briefs
• Coordinate product send-outs, follow-ups and deliverables
• Maintain tracking sheets for influencer posts, status updates, timelines, etc.

Brand & Content Support

• Help in drafting brand notes, basic captions, event invites, briefs, pitch documents
• Assist with moodboards, research, brand decks and ideation for campaigns
• Support the team with store visits, pop-ups, shoots and events as needed

Operational & Administrative

• Manage day-to-day coordination, WhatsApp follow-ups and email communication
• Update internal sheets: coverage reports, gifting trackers, deliverables logs
• Assist in basic office tasks to ensure seamless workflow

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in fashion, jewellery and lifestyle
• Excellent communication & writing skills
• Good understanding of Instagram + social media trends
• Organised, proactive, reliable and willing to learn
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of Canva / basic design skills is a plus
