What This Role Involves

You will work alongside a senior team on mandates that include corporate positioning, issue management, media engagement, and thought leadership. The role involves both thinking and doing: researching, writing, tracking, and engaging across multiple workstreams.

This is not a creative ad agency job. It’s an opportunity to contribute to the kind of communication that shapes reputations, influences perception, and earns trust — often in high-stakes or high-visibility scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support corporate communication strategies through media research, content development, and outreach
• Draft briefing notes, media pitches, responses, FAQs, and backgrounders
• Monitor news cycles, identify reputational risks, and track client coverage
• Maintain and update journalist databases, industry notes, and press kits
• Assist in preparing clients for media interactions and public statements
• Participate in internal and external meetings, keeping tasks and timelines on track

Nice to Have (Not Musts)

• Prior experience in PR or communications (internships count)
• Exposure to corporate affairs, journalism, public policy, or legal/compliance-driven work
• Understanding of India’s media and business landscape
