Public Relations Executive

Key Responsibilities: Public Relations & Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, journalists, and digital influencers. Act as a spokesperson when needed during events or press meets. Draft and distribute press releases, company statements, and newsletters. Social Media & Public Engagement: Collaborate with the digital team for brand messaging and reputation management. Monitor online mentions, reviews, and feedback to protect the brand image. Support in handling PR activities on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook. Media Coordination: Organize and coordinate press meets, interviews, and promotional events. Respond to media inquiries and ensure timely follow-up. Track media coverage and prepare PR impact reports. Content Development: Write engaging content for PR campaigns, blogs, website updates, etc. Assist in preparing talking points and scripts for senior leadership, if needed. Client & Stakeholder Communication: Manage communication between company and clients during project onboarding or feedback collection. Maintain strong client relations through regular interaction, calls, and updates. Crisis Communication (Basic): Assist in handling negative publicity or crisis situations with a calm and professional tone. Support senior management in drafting suitable responses during brand challenges.
