Public Relation Executive

Role Overview: As a Public Relations Executive, you will play a key role in managing external communications, fostering strong media relationships, and enhancing the reputation of the brand. Your responsibilities will include executing PR campaigns, managing media coverage, drafting press releases, and ensuring consistent brand visibility. Additionally, you will be required to travel for events, media interactions, and promotional activities, while also handling basic camera operations for content capturing purposes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement PR strategies and campaigns to bolster brand presence. - Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media kits, and corporate announcements. - Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media houses, influencers, and stakeholders. - Coordinate and represent the company at press events, product launches, conferences, and exhibitions. - Capture photos and videos using professional camera equipment during events, shoots, and campaigns. - Collaborate with the marketing/design team to create visual content for PR and digital promotion. - Monitor media coverage, prepare PR reports, and provide insights to management. - Handle PR crises effectively to uphold a positive brand reputation in public forums. - Travel frequently for events, media meetings, brand promotions, and client engagement activities. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. - 3 years of experience in public relations, media, or corporate communications.
