Job Description

As the Public Relations Manager, your role involves developing and executing strategic communication plans to enhance the company's brand reputation, manage public perception, and strengthen relationships with media, customers, and stakeholders. You will oversee all PR activities, including media relations, press releases, crisis communication, events, and storytelling across various channels. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to increase brand awareness and support business goals. - Ensure consistent messaging across all communication platforms and brand touchpoints. - Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and media coverage to adjust communication strategies accordingly. - Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, media agencies, and key external stakeholders. - Serve as the primary spokesperson for the company when required. - Coordinate media interviews, press conferences, and briefings. - Write, edit, and distribute press releases, speeches, talking points, and media kits. - Oversee PR content for social media, corporate website, newsletters, and executive communication. - Ensure messaging aligns with brand values and organizational goals. - Manage communication during crises or sensitive issues to protect brand reputation. - Develop crisis communication plans and conduct media training for leadership teams. - Plan and execute PR events such as product launches, media tours, CSR events, and press gatherings. - Coordinate logistics, messaging, and post-event follow-up. - Monitor online conversations, media mentions, and public sentiment. - Prepare regular PR performance reports and recommend strategies for improvement. - Work closely with Marketing, HR, Customer Service, and Leadership teams to ensure unified communication. - Support internal communication initiatives to strengthen company culture. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field. - Proven experience in PR, media relations, or corporate communications. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. - Crisis management experience is a plus. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the designated location.,
