You’ll partner with our R&D team to translate the latest findings in psychometrics, positive psychology, and AI-augmented learning into practical, personalized experiences for students. Drive Social Impact Through Psychology: Design interventions that not only boost academic performance but also foster emotional resilience, prosocial behavior, and a growth mindset. Advance AI-Psychology Integration: Collaborate with data scientists to refine predictive models that forecast a student’s learning trajectory, emotional wellbeing, and long-term success. Key Responsibilities Psychometric Assessments: Implement and enhance AI-driven tests (e.g., situational judgment scenarios) to measure cognitive, emotional, and social skills. AI-Enhanced Training: Develop interactive, personalized curricula with real-time analytics and adaptive feedback. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, engineers, and educators to integrate psychological frameworks into VidhyaDhan features. Research & Innovation: Monitor advances in AI-psychometrics (e.g., NLP-based personality analysis) and propose new applications. Impact Evaluation: Use data to track student outcomes—academic growth, emotional resilience, and prosocial behavior—and share insights with stakeholders. Qualifications Master’s in Psychology (Clinical, Educational, I/O) or Social Work, with emphasis on psychometrics or educational psychology. Strong grounding in modern psychometric theories (Item Response Theory, SJTs) and evidence-based interventions (positive psychology, emotional intelligence). Excellent communication skills to convey research insights to non-specialists. Passion for using psychology and AI for social impact—demonstrated through academic projects, internships, or volunteer work.
