Role Overview: You will be joining Donams, a unique edtech startup dedicated to leveraging psychology, AI, and data-driven insights to revolutionize how students discover and develop their strengths. As a Skill Mapping and Skill Training Associate, you will play a crucial role in translating psychological innovation into practical, personalized experiences for students. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and enhance AI-driven psychometric assessments to measure cognitive, emotional, and social skills effectively. - Develop interactive and personalized training curricula using AI technology for real-time analytics and adaptive feedback. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and educators to integrate psychological frameworks into VidhyaDhan features. - Stay updated on advances in AI-psychometrics and propose innovative applications to enhance student outcomes. - Utilize data to evaluate the impact of interventions on student academic growth, emotional resilience, and prosocial behavior, sharing insights with stakeholders. Qualifications: - Masters in Psychology (Clinical, Educational, I/O) or Social Work with a focus on psychometrics or educational psychology. - Proficiency in modern psychometric theories and evidence-based interventions such as positive psychology and emotional intelligence. - Strong communication skills to effectively convey research insights to a non-specialist audience. - Demonstrated passion for utilizing psychology and AI for social impact through relevant academic projects, internships, or volunteer work.
