Psychologist

The Psychologist is responsible for providing advanced clinical psychological services including assessment, intervention, and therapeutic support to adults, adolescents, and families, as well as offering supervision to junior psychologists and contributing to the development of best practices in mental healthcare. This role serves at Humming Minds Life, ensuring quality psychological care and adherence to evidence-based standards.

Responsibilities -

• Development and presentation of Mental Wellness product for school students.
• Dealing with a mix of school students and adults.
• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evidence-based treatments for individuals, couples, and groups.
• Develop, review, and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary case discussions and collaborative care planning.
• Offer consultation to families and collaborate with referring physicians, schools, and organizations as appropriate.
• Develop and deliver psychoeducational workshops, mental health awareness programs, and staff training initiatives.
• Stay abreast of new research, guidelines, and interventions in psychology; contribute to service development and innovation.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to professional standards at all times.

Qualifications -

• Master’s degree in clinical or counseling psychology.
• Valid license/registration as per RCI guidelines or equivalent statutory authority.
• Minimum 1 year of post-qualification clinical experience, preferably including experience in both adolescent and adult mental health services..
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ethical practice, continuous professional development, and the mission of Humming Minds Life.
• Candidates based out of Raipur or nearby places will be given preference.

Preferred Qualities

• Experience with training and program development.
• Experience in conducting Mental Wellness workshops in schools.
• Exposure to digital/telepsychology and hybrid care models.
