About the Role We’re looking for a sharp, reliable, and emotionally intelligent generalist to join us as a Founder’s Office Intern. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in ambiguity, and wants to be deeply involved in the behind-the-scenes engine of an early-stage startup. You’ll work closely with the founder and team across product ops, growth experiments, user workflows, and day-to-day execution. You’ll help keep projects moving, information organized, and communication clean. What you'll work on Assisting with lean growth experiments and user operations Managing daily follow-ups with leads, agency deliverables, and vendors Organizing trackers, project SOPs, and internal updates Supporting marketing and product workflows (e.g. uploading content, QA checks, campaign snapshots) Drafting clear, thoughtful communication (emails, WhatsApp messages, internal notes) Managing community activations — such as campus reps or therapist-led events Creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, and internal documentation Handling sensitive data and internal information with full discretion and confidentiality What we're looking for A fresh graduate or early-career generalist with strong communication Structured, organized, and enjoy bringing clarity to chaos Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Docs, Notion, Canva, CMS platforms, Meta Ads, Mixpanel etc. Strong clarity in writing — can draft emails, summaries, captions, or briefs Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment and take ownership Interest in psychology, mental health, or social impact spaces What You’ll Get Direct exposure to startup building, product management, and mental health innovation Real involvement in founder-level decision-making and execution Mentorship and honest feedback A chance to build real systems Potential full-time offer based on performance How to Apply Please apply using the external form.
