freelance / contract performance marketer

Scope of Work:

Run Meta + Google Ads for growth, brand awareness, lead gen, and conversions.
End-to-end ownership: strategy → campaign setup → optimisation → reporting.
Manage ad creatives: script ideas, copy, visuals.
Weekly reporting with clear KPIs (CAC, CTR, CPL, booking rate).

What we’re looking for:

Experience with 0–1 stage startups and lean budgets.
Worked in D2C / wellness / healthcare / mobile apps.
Strong analytical skills (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Mixpanel).
Creative sensibility: can push reel-first, human storytelling ideas.
Reliability and responsiveness
A strong interest in mental health or wellness will be a big plus. We want someone who believes in the mission, not just the metrics.
