We are seeking a Freelance Performance Marketer (Remote – India) to lead and optimise our paid campaigns, ensuring strong ROI and customer acquisition for our growing D2C brand.

Role Description

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Manage campaign budgets and maximise ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to refine targeting strategies.
• Run A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages for better conversion.
• Track and report performance using Google Analytics. 
• Work with content and creative teams to produce compelling ad creatives tailored to Indian beauty consumers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally for e-commerce or D2C brands.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proven success in scaling ad campaigns and achieving measurable growth.
• Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.
• Based in India, with an understanding of local digital behaviour and beauty industry trends.
