The Opportunity

• Lead the academic vision and strategic development of the new campus.

• Deliver an exceptional student experience with a strong focus on academic support, inclusion, retention, satisfaction, and employability.
• Act as a visible role model for inclusive leadership, engaging actively with senior leaders, faculty, and students.
• Cultivate strong ties with regulatory bodies, academic networks, and represent the campus in key external forums.
  

Eligibility

• Senior academic experience (Dean, Associate Professor, or Head of School).
• Proven record in advancing teaching, research, and innovation, including curriculum development and academic policy.
• Strong background in planning, budgeting, and organizational leadership.
• Knowledge of global and national higher education systems; familiarity with Indian frameworks (e.g., UGC, NEP) an advantage.
• Strategic vision and ability to launch new initiatives or campuses.
• Demonstrated inclusive leadership style, fostering excellence, diversity, and collaboration.
