Role Overview

We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our product team. This position suits someone with a strong curiosity for blockchain ecosystems, emerging protocols, and institutional staking frameworks. You will be responsible for researching and analyzing L1 and L2 protocols, identifying fund partners interested in validator collaborations, and managing critical data in HubSpot. The role also offers hands-on experience in our operational processes — from validator evaluation to launch and network scaling.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive research and technical analysis of both new and existing blockchain protocols.

• Maintain structured and accurate protocol evaluations within HubSpot.

• Identify, assess, and build profiles of potential fund partners for validator delegation opportunities.

• Contribute to internal reporting and develop well-researched materials for strategic discussions.

• Coordinate effectively with the development team to align product goals.

• Engage in client communication, ensuring smooth relationship management.

• Contribute to the creation and execution of product strategies.

• Take ownership of product lifecycle management and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

• Prior exposure to research, analytics, or the blockchain/crypto ecosystem is highly desirable.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and writing abilities — with a knack for translating data into clear insights.

• Strong understanding of blockchain networks and DeFi fundamentals preferred.

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot is advantageous.

• Ability to leverage data-driven insights to shape product direction and business decisions.
