Proposals Senior Specialist Advisor

As a Proposals Advisor, you will be responsible for leading the proposal development process to ensure the submission of compliant, high-quality, and timely proposals in response to RFXs. Your role will involve collaborating effectively across teams to create compelling proposals tailored to client needs. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the overall proposal process and drive the development of competitive proposals through effective team collaboration - Analyze detailed requirements of RFI/RFQ/RFP - Develop proposal schedule, outline, compliance matrix, and proposal development plan - Establish and maintain SharePoint collaboration site and proposal repository - Organize efficient Proposal Kickoff meetings and daily status calls, ensuring adherence to the proposal plan - Assign sections of the RFX to team members and ensure a cohesive approach towards winning the opportunity - Prepare the initial draft response for the RFX - Integrate win strategy, themes, and discriminators into the proposal - Provide guidance to team members on proposal content - Coordinate technical sections with technical/SME staff - Review team submissions for quality and compliance - Ensure timely submission of all RFx deliverables - Coordinate written and oral proposals - Conduct and document proposal lessons learned for process improvement - Contribute content to the knowledge repository - Lead preparation for orals collaterals and prep sessions - Collaborate with Sales/CEs on opportunity phases Qualifications: - 10-12+ years of proposal management experience - Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in writing, reviewing, and editing proposals - Ability to lead and manage teams of diverse corporate participants - Excellent time management skills for handling multiple proposals simultaneously,
