Proposals Senior Specialist Advisor

As a Proposals Advisor, you will be responsible for directing the proposal development process to ensure compliant, high quality, efficient, effective, and timely submissions tailored to client needs in response to RFXs. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the overall proposal process and collaborate effectively across teams to develop compliant, competitive, and compelling proposals - Conduct detailed analysis of RFI/RFQ/RFP requirements - Develop proposal schedule, outline, compliance matrix, and proposal development plan - Establish and maintain the SharePoint collaboration site and proposal repository - Prepare and lead Proposal Kickoff meetings and daily status calls, ensuring adherence to the proposal development plan - Assign ownership for various sections in the RFX and fill in any gaps to build a winning team - Prepare the first draft response for the RFX - Integrate win strategy, win themes, and discriminators into the proposal - Provide guidance to team members on proposal content - Facilitate proposal reviews with recommendations for improvement - Coordinate technical proposal sections and liaise with technical/SME staff - Review team submissions to ensure compliance and quality - Ensure timely submission of all RFx deliverables - Coordinate written and oral proposals - Conduct and document proposal lessons learned for process improvement - Contribute content back to the knowledge repository - Lead preparation for orals collaterals and prep sessions - Collaborate with Sales/CEs on opportunity phases till win or loss Qualifications: - 10-12+ years of proposal management experience - Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in writing, reviewing, and editing proposals - Ability to lead and manage diverse teams at all levels of the organization - Strong time management skills to handle overlapping proposals (Note: No additional details of the company were present in the job description),
