Strategic Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality

  technical and commercial proposals

  for RFPs, RFQs, and government/private tenders
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project needs, technical details, and client requirements
• Create

  strategic approaches

  to increase proposal success rates
• Ensure all documentation is compliant with submission guidelines and industry standards
• Format, edit, and proofread proposal documents
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic direction
• Compile and manage supporting documents like team CVs, past project sheets, and compliance forms

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in

  Civil Engineering

  (required)
• 2–5 years of experience in

  proposal writing

  ,

  bidding

  , or

  technical documentation

  in the civil/construction industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other documentation tools
• Familiarity with government or infrastructure tendering processes is a plus
