Location: New Delhi

Reports to: Senior Bid Leaders

Key responsibilities: Responsible for crafting compelling, high-quality, winning proposals through clear and persuasive narratives.

• Proposal writing

• Create storyboards and outlines to ensure proposals/ bid responses align with RFP requirements and evaluation criteria
• Translate operational, technical and functional inputs into clear and compelling and persuasive narratives
• Tailor proposal content and conduct thorough reviews, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with evaluation criteria
• Re-write/ edit and proof-read proposals/ bid responses ensuring clarity, consistency (including formatting guidelines, page limits, and other requirements)
• Manage multiple proposal writing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality proposals

• Continuous improvement

• Develop and maintain a repository of proposal templates, boilerplate content, and best practices to streamline the proposal development process
• Continuously improve proposal quality by incorporating feedback, lessons learned, and industry best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in proposal writing and public sector procurement

Qualification and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communication etcetera

• APMP certified at least at professional level (Association of Proposal Management Professionals is preferred

• 3 - 5 years of experience in proposal writing in public sector with deep understanding of public sector procurement processes in key geographies, e.g., Europe, India, US etcetera
• Experience working in global organizations is preferred
