Proposal Writer

Key Responsibilities

Identify and analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and client opportunities in IT services and solutions.

Technical Architect

Develop, write, and edit compelling proposals, technical documentation, and executive summaries tailored to client requirements.

Manage proposal timelines to ensure on-time delivery.

Maintain a library of reusable content, templates, and previous proposals for future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree , Marketing, IT, or a related field.

• 0-2 years of experience writing proposals in the IT services domain.

identify RFPs

• Strong understanding of IT service models, project execution lifecycles, and technical terminology.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive style.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to work onsite at Coimbatore/Chennai offices during night shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM).

Preferred:

• Prior experience collaborating with technical architects and project managers to develop solutions and budgets.

• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, cloud services, and IT consulting.
