Proposal Writer

Job Description:

We at ByteForza are looking for a Proposal Writer who will be responsible for creating and editing compelling proposals. The role involves researching, writing, and organizing content, as well as coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure compliance with proposal requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Proposal Development: Lead the end-to-end process of sourcing RFPs and developing compliant, persuasive responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Content Creation: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create high-quality content that highlights the company’s capabilities, expertise, and competitive advantages.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends and specific client or agency requirements to tailor proposal responses effectively.
• Proposal Strategy: Develop strategic approaches, messaging, and themes that align with client objectives and resonate with evaluators.
• Proposal Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to gather necessary information, ensuring proposals are comprehensive, accurate, and submitted on time.
• Quality Assurance: Review and refine proposal responses to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with RFP requirements.
• Editing and Proofreading: Ensure proposal content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with the overall proposal strategy and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, English, Communications, or a related field.
• 4 to 7 years of proven experience as a Proposal Writer or RFP Writer.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹1.00 - ₹5.00 per year
