Job Title: Proposal Writer

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Proposal Writer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in crafting winning proposals and responding to requests for proposals (RFPs). The ideal candidate will possess strong writing and research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various internal stakeholders to convey our organization's strengths and capabilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proposal Development:

  Prepare, write, and edit high-quality proposals in response to RFPs, ensuring all requirements and deadlines are met.
• Should have Experience in US IT Bidding.

• Research:

  Conduct thorough research on potential clients, industry standards, and competitor offerings to create compelling and tailored proposal content.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, project managers, and sales personnel, to gather relevant information and align proposals with client needs.

• Content Management:

  Maintain a library of proposal templates, standard text, and past proposals to streamline the proposal process.

• Quality Assurance:

  Review proposals for clarity, grammar, and adherence to company standards and compliance requirements before submission.

• Client Communication:

  Engage with potential clients during the proposal process, addressing questions and demonstrating a clear understanding of their needs.

• Continuous Improvement:

  Evaluate and track proposal success and gather feedback to refine writing strategies and improve future proposals.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

  Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in proposal writing & grant writing.
