Job Description

Role & responsibilities Tender/Contracting/Procurement Good knowledge in Industrial project & relevant experience in Civil works, PEB works, Electrical works & FPS/FDAS works in pre tendering stage Good knowledge in preparation of contract documents like Appendix, GCC, SCC, MCP Good knowledge in preparation of budget for various packages like Civil works, PEB works, Electrical works & FPS/FDAS works and all bought out items related to industrial projects Developing the project management strategy, procurement strategy and delivery strategy. Developing the project brief with the client, identifying design consultants & Contractors. Preparation of comparative statement for various packages based on the submitted commercials by vendors Preparation of tender documents for various packages Good experience in warehouse and industrial project experience Good knowledge in preparation of cost analysis for all kind of materials and good knowledge in interior BOQ preparation Good knowledge in preparation of BOQ according to the customer specifications and initial Master plan Good knowledge in providing technical inputs to drafting team for preparation of Master plan according to the customer specifications & inputs Have to attend technical review meeting with Customers and providing the technical clarifications Directing the procurement of sub consultants and contractors required for the respective package. Contributing in tender review, recommendations and eventual award of the packages. Managing the design, delivery, quality, timeline & cost management Directing the core team by clarifying, guiding the specific and measurable project goals and objectives Good knowledge in preparation of rate analysis for all kind of construction related works & interior works Preparation of contract documents for all Civil, PEB, Electrical & FPS works Ensure project meets all the building and safety codes. Duly monitoring projects for the cost & time at all levels. Coordinating with all vendors and finalizing the rates as per project budget.
