Role & responsibilities : * Safety Induction Training for new workman. * Daily Conduction toolbox talks (TBT) * Ensuring the work permit before start job. * Safety measurement in confined space entry * Finding unsafe act & unsafe conditions. * Daily inspection all equipments (welding machine, grinding machine, gas cutting etc. * Perform safety inspection, identify hazards and prepare risk assessment for tasks. * Mobilization and erection of safety barriers and signs at the required work * Regular inspection of tools and equipment. (Checklist Inspections) * Inspection of scaffolding and all works related to work at height. * Using LOTO for live operational and maintenance work. * To conduct monthly safety awareness program. * Ensure of all fall protection system is in place at site. (E.g. safety net, guard rail etc.) * To supervise site and make sure proper safety precaution taken. * Inspection of scaffolding and tagging system. * Inspection lifting tools and tackles equipment, vehicles and machineries. * Testing of residual current circuit breaker and earth resistance.
