Proposal Manager

Role Overview: You will be a part of a global leader in wastewater treatment, rainwater harvesting, stormwater management, liquid storage, and organic waste recycling, providing sustainable solutions to current and future problems. Your role will involve executing an increased scope from 360 portfolio proposals, carrying out process engineering directly at customer sites, sharing market intelligence, and communicating process-related issues effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing suggestions for process-related requirements, participating in technical discussions with clients and team members, training customers on product technology, managing budget, scope, and schedule, and leading internal initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Execute increased scope from 360 portfolio proposals and process engineering directly at customer sites - Share market intelligence and customer insight - Communicate process-related issues and take actions according to customers" requirements - Prepare suggestions for process-related requirements such as SBR, MBR, MBBR, and package treatment plants - Participate in technical discussions with clients and team members - Train customers on product technology and operation - Follow up on offers submitted and customer queries - Manage budget, scope, and schedule and report risks and opportunities to project managers - Communicate in a formal, professional, and technical manner to various audiences - Lead internal initiatives focused on lessons learned and project closures - Travel for extended periods for assignments, field support, and meetings globally Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent from an accredited university or college - Five years of experience in a similar role - Two to five years of experience in process engineering and proposal preparation for a wide variety of water treatment technologies and projects, specifically SBR, MBR, MBBR, and package treatment plants If you are ready to take on this challenge, bring your drive, ambition, and talent, and let's partner together!,
