Proposal Manager

Key Responsibilities:

● Client Relationship Management:

○ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the community.

○ Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

● Program Promotion and Outreach:

○ Promote Valeur Fabtex’s skill development programs through community outreach initiatives.

○ Conduct informational sessions and workshops to raise awareness about available training programs.

● Client Engagement Strategies:

○ Develop and implement engagement strategies to attract and retain clients.

○ Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create promotional materials.

● Feedback and Improvement:

○ Gather feedback from clients to assess their needs and satisfaction levels.

○ Provide insights and suggestions for improving program offerings based on client feedback.

● Collaboration:

○ Work closely with internal teams, including training coordinators and program managers, to ensure smooth program delivery.

○ Partner with local organizations and institutions to enhance program visibility and reach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
