Job Description

Role Overview: At Jacobs, you will be working as a Proposal Manager, providing bid leadership and support for complex strategic proposals for APAC Data Center opportunities, client accounts, or new services. Your role will involve fostering an inclusive culture within the team that values diversity of thought and embodies Jacobs" Culture of Caring. As part of the team, you will actively contribute to mentoring and capability development within Sales Operations. You will also practice and model collaborative consulting skills to form partnerships within complex stakeholders in the business. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate and lead the application of the end-to-end Relationship-Based Sales (RBS) process to position Jacobs to win specific projects, programs, and develop meaningful client relationships - Focus on specific opportunities, client accounts, or new services to contribute to overall growth for the region partnership with Outside Sales Market Directors - Collaborate and challenge Sales Lead and Capture Manager/Operations in developing distinctive value propositions to enhance customers" competitive position - Leverage the global network to identify and present Jacobs" unique capabilities and resources - Organize, direct, and motivate multidiscipline opportunity teams to develop sales deliverables for specific proposals to drive business growth Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field with around 10+ years of thorough experience - Ability to work closely with Client Account Managers, Market Sales Directors, and Head of Sectors on opportunity and client positioning activities - Proactively initiate, facilitate, and lead the application of the end-to-end Relationship-Based Sales (RBS) process to help Jacobs win major projects, programs, and develop meaningful client relationships - Autonomy in managing competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Collaborate, motivate, and challenge partners in developing distinctive value propositions for customers - Ability to leverage global network to identify Jacobs" unique capabilities and resources and drive sales deliverables for business growth Additional Company Details: At Jacobs, value is placed on people, ensuring a balance of belonging, career growth, and lifestyle to consistently exceed clients" expectations.
