Proposal Manager

As a Proposal Manager at Fiserv, your primary responsibility will be to lead the proposal development process from start to finish. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to gather the necessary information and craft compelling proposals that align with client needs and Fiserv's business objectives. Your keen project management skills will be crucial in ensuring that all proposals are not only submitted on time but also meet the highest quality standards. Your role will involve developing and implementing proposal strategies and themes, managing timelines and deadlines effectively, and editing proposals for clarity, grammar, and adherence to Fiserv branding guidelines. You will also work closely with graphic designers to enhance proposal content with impactful visuals and maintain a repository of proposal templates and content for future use. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience in proposal management or a related field, along with proficiency in using proposal management software, project management methodologies, and CRM software. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead proposal presentations and client meetings, and incorporate client feedback to enhance proposal success rates will be highly valued. It would be advantageous to have 8+ years of experience in writing and organizing complex proposals in the fintech or financial services industry, as well as a certification from the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP). A bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is also required.
