Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare technical offers for WTP projects independently.
• Estimate costs for retrofit/revamp plants and collect site data from clients.
• Develop Basic Engineering Packages (P&ID, plant data, hydraulic diagram, basic layout).
• Plan offer submissions and basic engineering activities to meet ABP targets.
• Process sizing and proposal preparation for WTP/RO/DM/ETP/Recycle projects.
• Maintain cost data bank from approved vendors (Middle East, Europe, India).
• Coordinate with internal departments for scope definition and cost estimation.
• Prepare detailed Bill of Material (BOM).
• Frequent travel for site visits, audits, and client meetings.

Critical Competencies

• Strong knowledge of WTP processes/technologies and unit sizing.
• Expertise in preparing Basic Engineering Packages (P&ID, hydraulic diagrams, sizing calculations).
• Proven experience in estimation and proposal preparation for WTP projects.
• Awareness of engineering standards and best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Word/Excel.
• Willingness for frequent travel within and outside Pune.
