Proposal Engineer

You will be joining a leading company in the fields of Automation, Instrumentation, and HVAC, known for providing turnkey solutions to clients. As a Proposal Manager in Industrial Automation based in Indore, you will have a full-time on-site role. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and facilitate the preparation of proposals, ensuring that all client requirements are addressed effectively. This will involve tasks such as formulating proposal strategies, creating and refining proposal content, liaising with different departments, managing timelines, and ensuring adherence to industry standards. Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities for both new and existing clients. Key Requirements: - 2-8 years of experience in Proposal Management, Project Coordination, and Client Communication - Proficiency in Automation, Instrumentation, and Control Systems, including PLC/DCS - Strong skills in writing, editing, and proofreading - Ability to develop strategies and conduct thorough research - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field - Prior experience in the industrial automation sector would be advantageous - Willingness to work on-site in Indore If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please share your resume with us at ankur.tiwari@ics-india.co.in.
