The ideal candidate should have expertise in handling PPH (Polypropylene Homopolymer) material and working on industrial products such as blower tanks, piping systems, banders, pressure vessels, filters, and fume hoods. Key Responsibilities: Perform PPH welding, hot gas welding, butt welding, and fusion welding as per design requirements. Cut, bend, and shape plastic sheets and components using proper tools and machinery. Fabricate and assemble blower tanks, piping lines, vessels, filters, banders, and fume hoods as per drawing/specification. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication layouts. Ensure all fabricated components meet quality and dimensional standards. Operate and maintain fabrication tools and equipment. Conduct fit-up, finishing, and leak testing of tanks and piping assemblies. Follow safety and quality protocols during all fabrication processes. Work closely with the QA/QC team and report any non-conformities. Maintain daily production records and material usage reports.
