Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator who is proficient in Tally for maintaining accurate accounting records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering data into our systems, managing invoices, and assisting in basic bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update accurate data into company databases and accounting software (Tally ERP 9/Prime).
• Maintain purchase, sales, and journal entries in Tally.
• Generate and file GST invoices.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger entries.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and basic tax documentation.
• Maintain proper filing of documents and records.
• Support the finance and admin team in daily operations.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Good typing speed and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and Word.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and handle confidential data.

Preferred Qualifications:

• B.Com or equivalent degree.
• Previous experience in data entry and accounting.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and payroll basics is a plus.
