Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management & Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records, organizing files, managing databases, and compiling data for various business functions.
  • Administrative Support: Handling daily administrative tasks, preparing reports, and managing documents and files.
  • Finance & Accounting: Processing invoices, creating bills, issuing receipts, and assisting with audits and financial transactions.
  • Operations Support: Overseeing projects, monitoring timetables, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Generating reports, maintaining databases, and creating Management Information System (MIS) reports for different departments.
  • HR Assistance: Assisting with human resources tasks, such as recruitment support and other administrative duties.
  • Internal Coordination: Facilitating communication and cooperation between front-office staff and management, and across different teams. Essential Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
