Property Specialist

Role Overview: As an Investment Manager at Square Yards, your primary responsibility will be the end-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM. You will play a crucial role in generating and conducting site visits of interested clients to relevant properties, managing negotiations with buyers, and ensuring successful deal closures. One of the key expectations will be achieving the target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week. Key Responsibilities: - End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM - Generating and conducting site visits of interested clients to relevant properties - Managing negotiations with buyers and ensuring deal closures - Achieving target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Hindi, English, and local language is an advantage - Proficiency in MS Office - Customer relationship management, sales, and negotiation skills - Energy, aggression, enthusiasm, and confidence Square Yards is India's largest full-stack prop-tech platform, offering services from Search & Discovery to Transactions, Mortgages, Home Furnishing, Rentals, and Property Management. If you are a graduate from any discipline with at least 1 year of sales experience in any industry, you are preferred. Freshers are also welcome to apply. In terms of compensation and benefits, you can expect uncapped incentives based on sales performance, goal-based auto-appraisals, and promotion every 3 months with a 10% hike on each goal crossed.
