Role Description

The Property Specialist will manage day-to-day responsibilities including assisting clients with property buying, selling, and leasing processes, conducting property market analysis, and providing guidance on both residential and commercial real estate opportunities. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating property deals, and delivering superior customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with and support clients.
• Knowledge and experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate to guide clients across property types.
• Sales expertise with a proven ability to negotiate and close property deals.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client requirements simultaneously.
• Relevant certifications or a background in real estate, sales, or a related field is a plus.
