Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Telecalling Executives located in Bengaluru. The Telecalling Executives will engage with potential clients over the phone to understand their property requirements, provide information about available listings, and schedule consultations or site visits. Additional responsibilities include maintaining an updated database of client interactions, promptly following up on leads, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to achieve targets. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions, including the ability to engage clients with clarity and professionalism Basic knowledge of real estate or willingness to learn about property markets, project details, and customer requirements Proficiency in handling telecalling tools, maintaining CRM databases, and managing client follow-ups Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet performance metrics and contribute to team objectives Fluency in English and local languages (Kannada preferred) is an advantage Previous experience in customer service, sales, or telecalling roles is beneficial High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related fields is a plus
